gibLink Comp Plan: Understanding the gibLine Pod Movement

Hello everyone...here is another GREAT forum post on understanding how you get paid from gibLink...

The Pods are our friends. They love to send us money and they love to help one another move through the Gib Lines.

Gib Line 1
When a standard pod that is not qualified pops from the launch pad, it pays it's owner $50 and jumps back down to the bottom of line 1 to go through again. It will cycle Line 1 over and over, to infinity, until 2 sales are made, paying $50 per cycle. When a qualified standard pod or a Pro Pod pops from line one, it happily jumps up and sends a cash pod back to the bottom of line 1 to help those pods left behind and moves over to the bottom of Line 2, first cycle. Pods love to help one another. They also love to help us. Pods moving to a new higher paying Gib Line do not pay personal pay. But you will be paid $50 for each referred pod that pops from Line 1. This includes pods 2 and 3 of the Pro Package. All Gib Lines except Line 1, which is a feeder line, have 2 cycles. The first cycle sends a cash pod back to the previous line. The second cycle sends a bonus pod back to the previous line. Exception, Line 5 sends 8 cash pods back to Line 1 rather than to the previous line.

Gib Line 2 first cycle
When a pod pops from Line 2, first cycle, it jumps up and merrily sends another cash pod to Line 1 to help it's pod friends there. It then returns to the bottom of Line 2 to go through a second cycle. The pod owner gets $100 in personal pay from each owned pod plus $100 for from each referred pod. That is $500 for a Pro member and $300 for a standard member with 2 referred pods. Why the difference? A Pro member owns the 2 referred pods while the standard member does not. A pro member gets paid in both pockets (personal and referral) for their pods 2 and 3.

Gib Line 2 second cycle
When the pod pops, it proudly sends a bonus pod (which you own) back to Line 1 to help those pods still there. Then it merrily jumps down to the bottom of Gib Line 3 first cycle. We get no personal pay from our pods as they are moving to a new higher paying Gib Line. But we do get paid by our 2 referral pods $100 each. Now each subsequent Gib Line works exactly the same as Gib Line 2 except each Gib Line doubles in value. So where Gib Line 2 pays a Pro Member $500 in cycle 1 and $200 in cycle 2, Gib Line 3 will pay the Pro Member $1,000 in cycle 1 and $400 in cycle 2. Where Gib Line 2 pays a Standard Member $300 in cycle 1 and $200 in cycle 2, Gib Line 3 will pay the Standard Member $600 in cycle 1 and $400 in cycle 2. The standard member will get personal pay from 1 pod and referral pay from 2 pods. The Pro member will get personal pay from 3 pods and referral pay from 2 pods.Yes, friends, you do get both personal pay and referral pay on any bonus pods created just like pods 2 and 3 in the Pro Package. By the way, once we qualify for earnings, the pods update our back office under commissions daily. Pods love to pay us! There is always a 2 week delay in paying any commission to enable the qualifying sale upon which the commission is based to clear. For example, if a referred pod pops a line on October 1, your referral income will show as pending for two weeks after that pop. This is to allow the new sales that qualified the pop to clear. gibLink - New gibLine Comp Plan Enhancements Explained

Hello Friends, This is a post to explain gibLink comp plan enhancements. (Taken from the gibLink forums)
The owners have made every effort and then some to insure No One is Left Behind! Of course, there can be no substitute for a steadily increasing membership. But these enhancements will insure maximum progress for all our pod friends.

Enhancement 1: Every Pod that pops Gib Line 1 and goes to Gib Line 2, cycle 1, returns a cash pod to Line 1 to help other pods still in line 1. A cash pod is a virtual pod. It represents a cash infusion of $50 which moves pods forward but does not add a pod to the Line. Ingenious! In effect, this means that only 4 new pods must enter Line 1 to launch the Pod at the launch pad.

Enhancement 2. A Pod popping from any Line, cycle 1, sends a cash pod back to the previous line to help those pods left behind. The one exception is that Gib Line 5 sends 8 cash pods back to Gib Line 1. Why 8? Because the cash pod is in the same value as a bonus pod and that is $400 for Line 5 which equates to 8 -$50 pods.

Enhancement 3. A Pod popping from any Line, cycle 2, sends a bonus pod back to the previous line to help pods in that line progress. Plus you are the owner and referrer of all bonus pods and collect both personal pay and referral pay on them.

Enhancement 4. Every 90 days, each member renews their membership. Both Standard and Pro members get 1 pod entered at the bottom of Gib Line 1 on renewal. In addition, Pro Members generate 2 cash pods each which enter Line 1. This will generate a steady stream of new pods and cash pods in Gib Line 1 starting December 10 as individual members start renewing.

Enhancement 5. The owners will infuse cash into any Gib Line that may get blocked. Thank you, Owners.
